Five cool culinary experiences in the Tenuta Torciano cellar

If you have about an hour…
In the Tuscan landscape of San Gimignano, surrounded by green hills, vineyards and olive groves with the magnificent view of the famous Towers of San Gimignano, the Giachi family and its staff teach to all wine enthusiasts how to taste Tuscan wines, oenological techniques and the food and wine combination, the use of the five senses to taste the wine, all in a friendly, relaxing and fun atmosphere.

If you have 2-3 hours…
In our kitchen that can accommodate up to 50 people, with restaurant and tables with colorful space with outdoor dining, surrounded by vineyards, guests can take part at a private cooking classes ending with a party of lunches and thirteen wines to taste.

Our guests will learn how to cut, bake, boil, cook and roast a full Tuscan meal with great pleasure and joy, creating and eating unique and unforgettable dishes of our cuisine, always with the glass of wine in hand.

If you have half a day…
If you like to discover romantic and exclusive places, you can discover the panoramic streets of our  area taking a Vespa Tour, between fields of sunflowers, vineyards and olive groves. Visit the city of San Gimignano, do some shopping, enjoy a good ice cream and then return to our cellar for a tasty Tuscan lunch accompanied by a full tasting of 13 wines and other gourmet products. It will be an experience to remember for ever.

If you have 5-6 hours…
Try the excitement of taking part in truffle hunting, with tutors and cute dogs, in the Foresta Tenuta Torciano, you will have moments of pure fun, relaxation and walks in unspoiled nature. Following a cooking class where you will cook dishes with delicious truffles, with lunch and full tasting of cooked products with your own hands, along with our professional chef.

If you have the entire day…
A wonderful visit to our vineyards in the morning, followed by a panoramic trip to Vespa or Horseback riding, visiting a unique hilly landscapes in the world, in a climate of pure fun, sun and relaxing through the Tuscan hills of Chianti, continuing to visit the beautiful medieval city of San Gimignano, with a visit to the museum, shops and enjoying a delicious artisan ice cream.

Return to the cellar in the afternoon, greeted by our Chef in our kitchen for a private Cooking Class course, with restaurant and tables with colorful space with outdoor dining, surrounded by vineyards.

Our guests will learn to cut, bake, boil, cook and roast a full Tuscan meal with great all the experience with the accompaniment of a glass of wine in the meantime.
