Another key question is the choice of food and wine pairing. During the summer, white wine is best, such as Vernaccia di San Gimignano, while in autumn it is better with red wine, like Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino.

For a balanced choice, we recommend ordering 60% red wine and 40% white wine: this way every course will have the right wine pairing.
The last important thing is the choice of bubbles: there is no marriage without a toast with sparkling wine, so it is best to choose a good Italian sparkling wine, to make each toast memorable.
