Pairing wine and olive oil with rosemary risotto
Thank you to our friend for this great recipe of Rosemary Risotto paired with our extra virgin olive oil and a bottle of our Tuscan wine.

Many events scheduled for the Tenuta Torciano Wine School. Among the last events we want to relive the beautiful night at the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh (PA) last October. Pierluigi Giachi, along with his staff, had the honor of presenting the best Torciano wines during a wonderful 4-course dinner on the top floor of the prestigious club.
Another “Italian Wine Dinner” very well organized by the Rivers Club Chefs, for an always perfect wine & food pairing. In a warm and cozy atmosphere, among exclusively Italian colors, guests of the evening were able to taste the selection of the best wines by Tenuta Torciano: from Prosecco Millesimato Extra Dry for a welcome drink, to Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Chianti, Chianti Classico and Brunello di Montalcino, up to our famous Super Tuscans Baldassarre, Cavaliere, Bartolomeo and Terrestre. For this special occasion was also presented the Bolgheri Red, from the Gioiello line, much appreciated by guests. All dishes were seasoned with our gourmet products: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Old Selected Balsamic Vinegar, Aromatic Truffle Oil and Hot Pepper Oil, while the desserts were all accompanied by our Vin Beato Dessert Wine. During the wine dinner Pierluigi explained all the tasting techniques, the etiquette of the glass and the best combinations between the wine and the dishes tasted together, promoting the Italian food & wine culture in an informal, fun and professional way.
Thanks to all our friends who have decided to organize a Wine School with us. It is a great honor for us to bring the culture and the Tuscany traditions in prestigious locations such as the Rivers Club in Pittsburgh, in all the houses, restaurants and clubs of the world.
Tenuta Torciano promotes the Italian wine & food culture all over the world. A beautiful Italian experience to learn the best combinations beetween wine & food, the glass etiquette, the secrets of Italian cuisine, Tuscan wine-making techniques and more.
