Victor and Danette renew their vows
It's a great honor when couples choose to bring their wedding vows to the Torciano estate — like Victor and Danette, who decided to celebrate their 30 years of marriage and renew their vows in the midst of nature, through the spectacular Chianti Valley, with its rolling hills, cypresses and vineyards, and the romantic wine cellar of Tenuta Torciano set up in style for the occasion.
Victor and Danette, on a beautiful vacation in Italy with their family, arrived at Tenuta Torciano to celebrate their anniversary. After a relaxing walking tour of the estate, they were accompanied to a private room where, among barrels, flowers, readings and new promises of love, the symbolic renewal-of-vows ceremony took place. After the witnesses signed, the party continued with a wonderful Tuscan Lunch & Wine Tasting of the best reserves, accompanied by pleasant harp music; our guests were guided step by step through the tasting, learning how to pair the wines with the delicious dishes. At the end of the lunch, the traditional Cake-Cutting, held directly in the wine cellar, closed the event in the sweetest way. Victor, Danette and the whole family relaxed in the Tenuta Torciano gardens before returning to their hotel — and were so happy about the day that they came back the next day for another Wine Tasting, this time of the wines they hadn't tried before.
