Big thanks to our friend Nancy for stopping by the winery — she had a great tasting, took some beautiful photos and had a wonderful time at Torciano Winery.
Back on the bus and ready for the tasting, we make our way to Tenuta Torciano, where "Crazy" Luigi greets us warmly — and loudly.
Luigi shows us how to properly taste and pair wine with food. He tempts us with his 30 year old balsamic vinegar, and we all ooh and aah over the truffle oil. Quite an adventure — good thing Alfonso is driving, because we all leave a little tipsy.
