Last week, Torciano Winery brought a little bit of Italy to the United States, with an exclusive culinary experience in Manhattan: a dinner celebrating the authentic flavors of Tuscany.
It was a complete presentation of the estate's wines: chef Michael created a three-course menu, a gourmet taste of what you can try at Torciano winery in San Gimignano, Italy.
We traveled from Tuscany to Clif Wood Lake, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia and New York City for the private events, working with a catering team to prepare each one with a touch of Tuscan tradition.
Brunello di Montalcino, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Terrestre, Merlot 2004, Cabernet Sauvignon 2004 and Chianti Classico Reserve 2010 were also served during the Wineclass event. Here are some photos from the event, created exclusively for friends of Torciano Winery.
