Chicken and steamed zucchini


  1. 4 slices of chicken;
  2. 2-3 medium or large zucchini;
  3. a handful of fresh parsley;
  4. 5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil;
  5. salt q.b.

Put the chicken  in the basket for steaming and cook for 10 minutes in a covered pot. Wash and cut zucchini, add it after 10 minutes.

Wash a handful of parsley, dry it well and chop finely.

the parsley in a bowl with 5 tablespoons of olive oil and let it rest.

When the chicken and zucchini are cooked, place them in a serving dish, sprinkle with olive oil and parsley, season with salt and serve.
