A complete presentation of the wines of the estate , we thought the chef Michael has created a three-course menu , providing a gourmet taste of what you can try in Torciano winery in San Gimignano, Italy.
I traveled from Tuscany to Clif Wood Lake, Pirtsburg , Philadelphia and New York City for the private event ,working with a catering team prepare for each event with a touch of Tuscan tradition.
Brunello di Montalcino, Vernaccia di San Gimignano, Terrestrial , Merlot 2004 , Cabernet Sauvigon 2004 Chianti Classico Reserve 2010 were also served during the event Wineclass.
