Tenuta Torciano opens its doors to the most fantastic and original experiences to be enjoyed at 360 ° in our uncontaminated nature.

Thanks to our three kitchens and the fantastic “Grand Chefs” mobile kitchen, it will be possible to cook directly in the vineyard, in the midst of nature, with a beautiful panorama of gentle green hills around and with a view of the San Gimignano iconic towers.

The Cooking Classes at Tenuta Torciano are a complete, unique and original culinary experience that will allow our guests to learn how to cook the traditional dishes of our renowned and simple Tuscan cuisine. The flavors, the aromas, the vegetables harvested directly in our garden, the bunches of grapes that ripen at your fingertips, the glasses of wine that accompany this moment of pleasure to share with your loved ones and friends, has no equal for those loves the true Tuscan family and the “live the vineyard life”.

 

The magic and mastery of our chefs transform simple products from the earth into tasty dishes with different ingredients teaching this art to our guests, who will have an experience in their mind to relive at home with friends and family.

Our Cooking Classes are always held by family members with the involvement of our professional chefs who work together and teach the secrets of local cuisine, involving the guest in preparing the recipes chosen for that day, always using fresh products.

The “Farm to plate” concept in Tenuta Torciano Winery. The restaurants inside the Estate and Bottega Torciano in San Gimignano are the culinary and wine realms, respectively, of eight chefs, who design their menus with the collaboration of farmers and gardeners to bring the fruits of organic cultivation directly to the table.

The freshly picked ingredients in our garden, the fresh and aged cheeses, honey, figs, up to the vines of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot, Morellino, Trebbiano Toscano, Chardonnay and Vernaccia di San Gimignano delight the palate also in the original “Grand Chefs” mobile kitchen and in the “Cantine 2 Supertuscan” kitchen of the winery used in the Torciano Cooking School.

 

 

Truly involving are the artisan “Oilpressing” at the oil mill, Wine Tastings in the winery, Truffle Hunting lessons in the truffle farm of the estate and those of Art & Wine within our vineyards that see the organization of events and internationally renowned celebrations. Everything is designed to live in relaxation and actively immerse yourself in the vineyard life as a long weekend of Tuscan harvest.

And precisely in terms of well-being, here with the 2019 harvest, we offer products for beauty and therapeutic treatments drawing on the polyphenolic molecules of our grapes, precious antioxidants that play a fundamental role in regulating the cellular and inflammatory aging processes due to free radicals. Our face and body creams, produced from polyphenols extracted from the skins of Sangiovese grapes, make the skin more toned, firm and compact. It will be like coming back 10 years young.

Our cellar, as well as being sensitive to beauty and health, is particularly attentive to the cultivation of products, wines and organic oils, and recycling with the recovery of the berries used to produce our fine wines, making creams and body products to make beauty an indissoluble combination with pleasure.

Tenuta Torciano is not a simple winery but it is a life philosophy of a family that has welcomed its guests for 13 generations, involving them in all the senses.
