On behalf of the Giachi family and everyone at Tenuta Torciano, we wish to extend our deepest condolences. In loving memory of our dear friend Carl Anthony Dozzi, we have dedicated one of our olive trees, here in the historic groves of Tuscany, as a living tribute to the life he shared with those who knew and loved him.
Some of our olive trees have stood for centuries, cared for by generation after generation. In this same spirit of continuity, we have set aside a tree in memory of Carl Anthony Dozzi, not as a single gesture, but as something that keeps growing, season after season, long after today. We believe there is comfort in this: a memory that does not simply remain still, but continues.
An olive tree asks for patience and care, and gives back for generations. It is, in its own way, an example worth following; something planted quietly, tended faithfully, that outlives any one moment and keeps offering its fruit to those who come after. We hope this tree, standing among centuries-old groves near San Gimignano, can be a tangible place to return to in memory of Carl Anthony Dozzi, and an example of how a life of care and generosity can continue to bear fruit.
