Vernaccia di San Gimignano is a very ancient vineyard that is grown on the hills of San Gimignano in clayey soils dating back to “Pliocene Age” and it has a typical straw yellow color that with aging tends to golden.

It pairing perfectly with all dishes based on extra virgin olive oil, typical product of Mediterranean cuisine.

It is excellent with Tuscan Ribollita and with rice with suffron or truffle.

It matches perfectly with all fish dishes, both raw and cooked, with white meats and fried and all vegetables.
